Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:

  1. Payment is due as stated in the invoice.
  2. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit card, or direct bank transfer. Late Payments:
  3. Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 15% per week on the outstanding balance.
  4. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension and additional collection costs.
  5. Price may subject to increase for additional services on site

Service Guarantee:

  1. We strive to provide the highest quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date for resolution.
  2. ProShine Autos is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues not related to the detailing service performed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance.
  2. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Liability:

  1. ProShine Autos will take all necessary precautions to protect your vehicle during the service. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  2. Any claims for damages must be reported before the vehicle leaves our premises.

Warranty:

  1. Our services are guaranteed for 24 hours from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover issues caused by neglect, misuse, or external factors.

Privacy:

  1. We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information. Your details will only be used to process payments and provide services.

Dispute Resolution:

  1. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
